We are letting Air New Zealand passengers time travel by giving them a sneak peak into the future, showing them what's next on their journey before they arrive.

Our design research revealed that while people are comfortable discovering the unknowns in thier destination, the exact opposite is true for their air travel experiences. The TimeTraveller Experience explores ideas like personalised check-in times, how to manage your time while you’re traveling through time zones and connecting travel groups through a shared timeline experience.

We built an AI training curriculum to elevate their customer service relationships from assistive to agentive intelligence. We also explored new forms of navigation that travelled the horizons from visual, touch and voice-enabled.
