Skin ID is a new product line from Neutrogena targeted at teens with mild to severe acne. What makes the product unique is YOU. Each customer receives their own unique combination of colors

that is a code for their specific product combination. This type of personalization is built in to all customer touch points.


I was the Creative director/Art director on this project.

Skin Diagnostic Tool and Product Selector


By answering a series of questions, the website determines which Skin ID solution is right for you. The skin evaluation includes 20 questions ranging from skin type to product preference and lifestyle. The average teen would spend 5-10 minutes with the evaluation and we took extra care to make sure that each question was well designed and worth their time.
